Last Week’s Birthday

Last week was my birthday and I had a great party. My friends and family came over and we had a great time. I also received many great gifts — thank you everyone. Here’s the funny part that happened — I received TWO comforters!

I know I get cold all the time, but I just thought that was funny that two different people thought that I needed or wanted warmth at night. One was from my mother and I think that was a subtle hint for me to get married so I will no longer need extra blankets or comforters on my bed to keep warm. I could just snuggle with my man and make her more grandchildren.

I’ll definitely keep both comforters, but deep down, I really wish that one of them was a mixer instead. My other one broke last month so I waited until after my party in case someone bought me one as a present. Oh well. I’m off to purchase a mixer.

Some Drapery Ideas for Treating Your Bay Windows

Everybody loves cooking out in the spring and summer months. In south is stays warm most of the year so you can cook outside most of the year. BBQ is a big favorite in the South. Every family thinks their secret family recipe has the best tasting sauce. Most of the sauces usually have a good taste. They cook out at the parks a lot of the times. That way the kids can run around and play at the park while the parents sit around the grills and chat while they are cooking. They bring 5×8 area rugs to place on the ground to stretch out and enjoy a nice relaxing day with friends and family. The kids run around and play with their friends. Some of the parks have water areas so the kids can wear their bathing suits and get wet. Some of the parents get in the water also but not many.
