However one thing that I personally do and something that I recommend everyone does is to take time to go for a walk everyday and get some fresh air. If you’re doing the lemonade diet then going for a walk around the park can be a great way to get some light exercise and fill your lungs with lovely clean oxygen.

I am constantly consuming slimming tea because I feel like it really helps my body eliminate the toxins in it. It’s also helping me lose weight! Well, I’m glad that it’s working for me because I have a broken leg and there’s nothing that I can really do right now in terms of cardio exercises. It really sucks to be sitting around and doing nothing, but I try to do what I can to burn off those calories. I know that it really matters to keep my muscles in shape while I heal. People who wait too long for their broken bones to heal that don’t do anything with their muscles are really losing out on their build. I try to stay active and slim with the tea too. I have always been a health-conscious person, and I only hope that my body heals itself fast enough for me to start going full strength in my cardio again.

In order to prepare for the upcoming summer and the many trips to the beach that I am planning, I’ve decided to construct my summer workout plan and diet around some solid advice I’ve accumulated over the years. As with any effective strategy to getting in shape for the summer, or any event for that matter, it takes hard work and dedication. But almost as important as that, it also takes knowing where to focus much of your effort and what to do.

In addition to the workout plan I am going to follow, I think that it is just as important if not more important to follow my summer diet plan to reach my goals. Among other things, I want to lose just a couple pounds but mainly to really focus on toning up and getting that really cut look. I think that getting ripped and shredded is a bit over kill for me. If I can just lean out a little more but then focus on my muscle tone I think that that will make the biggest difference.

In order to get in shape for the summer I am going to eat less carbs and “empty” calories and I am going to structure my workout so that it focuses on creating dense and full muscles rather that large and soft muscles. A good way to do this is to train for strength and maintain weight once I’ve cut the last couple pounds of stubborn body fat. All in all, I feel that I have got a good strategy on how to get in shape and now it’s just time to buckle down and do it.

Without spending too much time in the gym, I am going to workout for about half an hour doing resistance training and then I’m going to end my workout with some HIIT and maybe a little traditional cardio on the bike.

Start by resting your back while holding onto the handles above your shoulders after you have adjusted the angle on your incline bend. Hook your feet right beneath the leg rest and then slowly exhale while crunching your body torso towards the thighs. While doing this, try to go as far down as you can before slowly coming up while inhaling.
